- - Can NOT ship a firearm directly to you from another state

          - - Interstate firearm purchases must be sent to a dealer

·        I strongly recommend we get together BEFORE you purchase to

Initiate the required FBI background check (Brady bill)

·        Texas CHL holders are exempt from Brady Checks

·        If given a “Proceed” you have 30 days to finalize your purchase and arrange for delivery of your firearm(s) to Eagle 21 Services

·        Your firearm(s) arrive, I log them into my inventory, and then I

Call you to finish the remaining paperwork.

·        Eagle 21 Services only charges $25.

·        Bring CASH. No Checks, No Credit/Debit Cards. Cash ONLY.

·        Once ALL paperwork is completed, fees paid, and you are happy

·        You are buying the firearm from ME. I have to charge you 8.25% TAX
